Claramount Inn and Spa

This grand old home was built in 1906 in the style of Colonial Revival. It was coverted to an Inn and Spa 100yrs. later.

It's Lilac Time

Lilacs love the alkaline soil of "The County" and their perfume fills the air at this time of year.

Spring Colours

The warm, sunny weather this past week has brought out lots of colour in my garden.

It's Planting Time

The grocery stores have now received their supply of bedding plants and customers are eagerly taking advantage of this great weather to plant them in their gardens.

Yesterday's items

This is part of one of the landfill dump sites in The County. It is interesting to see some of the items discarded.

Happy one week birthday

This little pony is just one week old today. He and his mother are kept together in the barn but may get out to experience a little sunshine next week.

Another Main Street Building

This building at the corner of Main and Bridge streets was built as a hotel in the 1800's ..it has been preserved and converted into modern apartments
