The Agawa Canyon

North of Lake Superior

After leaving Sault Ste Marie the train passes over the North Shore highway and heads up the canyon.

Agawa Canyon

In early October I drove up to Sault Ste Marie and took the Agawa Canyon Tour train...a day's trip up and back the canyon with the Fall foliage at or near it's peak.
Two large diesel engines pulled 10 passenger cars.

The Climbing Wall

A very popular attraction for
the younger ones. The little
bare foot girl on the left beat the
two boys hands down.

The Bike and Skateboard Area

This is a permanent installation built ealier this year.
